Lucere at Windell Woods is a new development by Shea Homes in Tega Cay, South Carolina. This carriage home community offers an intimate courtyards and close proximity to Lake Wylie. The Concordia plan ranges from 2,189-2,201 SQ FT with 3-4 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms.

This model merchandising project was highly collaborative, with many designers having worked on it over the course of several years, due to construction delays. Following the initial concept presentation, Lindsey took over the project as the lead designer in 2024. Lindsey fine-tuned the design, including furniture, lamps, area rugs, art, soft goods, and accessories. She also assisted with construction documentation, coordinating wallpaper installation, and project management. The project successfully installed in January of 2025 with Lindsey as the install lead.
