McCormick Trails is a new development by Tri Pointe Homes in Port Orchard, Washington. This beautiful community is immersed in nature, surrounded by scenic trails, lush parks and the natural beauty of Washington. The A300 plan ranges from 3,067-3,089 SQ FT with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

This model merchandising project was a quick turnaround, starting in early March 2025 and installing late September 2025. Lindsey was the lead designer for this project. She began the project with initial concepts and materials, which later developed into the final design, including plants, art and accessories. She wanted her design to embrace the surrounding natural beauty. She incorporated textures of wood, metal and leather, along with colors such as navy and camel brown. Apart from selecting materials, Lindsey assembled presentations, construction documents, and specifications to be submitted to purchasing. When the project successfully installed in September 2025, Lindsey was there to lead and see it through completion!
