Campelli at Lakehaven is a new development by Rurka Homes in Mountain House, California. This growing community has a very specific buyer demographic of South Asian buyers. The 2157 plan is 2157 SQ FT with 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms.

This model merchandising project was a quick turnaround, starting in September 2025 and installing March 2026. Lindsey was the lead designer for this project. She began the project with initial concepts and materials, which later developed into the final design, including plants, art and accessories. She wanted her design to relate to the buyer demographic, embracing traditional patterns, texture, and pops of saturated color. Apart from selecting from the builder’s material packages, Lindsey assembled presentations, construction documents, and specifications to be submitted to purchasing. When the project successfully installed in March 2026, Lindsey was there to lead and see it through completion!
